Amid the whirlwind of Covid, during my sixth move in five years, I was forced to confront the unnecessary weight I carried after a cross-ocean move from Brazil to Amsterdam and years of accumulating things. Sorting through boxes and bags, I realized I was consistently rotating just seven key pieces in my wardrobe.

Those seven pieces stayed, and the rest were let go. This led me to perfect my capsule wardrobe in collaboration with Vita Stasiukynaite. After a year of sketching, prototyping, and refining, HEUTE’s first collection was born—seven modular pieces crafted from Italian dead-stock fabric, all produced through slow fashion in Poland.

HEUTE, German for ‘today,’ isn’t just about fashion; it’s about using our platform for meaningful action, as seen in our mission-led project, PORNO STORE.
